If you’re staying in Barrydale or just passing through, do pop in to the Barrydale Hospice Charity Shop at 15 Laing Street. Run by Nina and Hanlie, the shop has become a ‘must-look-at’ for serious and casual thrift shop treasure hunters. And you might also just find that second-hand jacket you’ve always wanted but could never find, or afford. Go for a look, linger for a chat. If the chat is good, who knows, you might even be offered a coffee.

Profits from the shop sales go directly to us, allowing us to bring care, support, and dignity to the elderly and infirm. If you have any items you’d like to donate to the shop, you can drop them off with Nola at the Hospice office at 49a Van Riebeeck St.
